- How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by credit card through the ShopPay circuit, PayPal, bank transfer or postepay top-up.
-What are the shipping costs for my order?
They are always clearly indicated to you at checkout, in some cases you can choose between different shipping options with relative costs and delivery times, in other cases the costs will be free but the delivery times are fixed.
-What are the delivery times?
We have items (typically dresses, leashes and small toys) that are shipped from our warehouse in Italy and delivery times are from 1-2 to 3-5 working days depending on whether you choose standard or express shipping. We have other items that will be shipped directly from our intra or extra EEC suppliers, delivery times are from 5 to 10 working days, and you will never have additional shipping costs or duties to pay on delivery, we'll take care of everything!
-Can I buy items that have different delivery times or shipping points? How does it work?
Yes! You can easily purchase everything you find on the site by placing it in your cart and proceeding to checkout without worrying about anything. You will not have any extra shipping costs if you choose items of different origin, you will only receive the goods in different packages and with the delivery times always clearly indicated on the page of each item.
-What are the items with shipping from Italy and the possibility of express shipping?
Always look at the description at the top right where the supplier is indicated, all items with the supplier's name starting with 'LA BULLDOGATTA - ITALIA' or 'LA BULLDOGATTA - Pet Bautique' are shipped from Italy with the possibility of different methods' expressed.

- What happens if an item I order turns out to be out of stock?
This does not happen , except for oversights or in the rare event of simultaneous orders from multiple users, for products shipped from Italy.
It could happen for products shipped from our foreign warehouses, but in this case I would be entitled to a full and immediate refund, or to the issue of an equivalent purchase voucher, according to your preferences.
