The accepted payment methods are: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, postepay top-up.
Payment on delivery is possible for items shipped from our Italian warehouse, which are the majority, see the icon with the red truck at the bottom of the page with the indication 'Shipping from Italy', while it is not possible for those shipped directly from our foreign suppliers (icon with van with 'shipping from abroad' written on it).
The supplement for payment on delivery is 4 euros.
When choosing this payment method we ask you to respect our time and our work, select it only if you really intend to purchase and pay on delivery , also follow these instructions to avoid misunderstandings:
- prepare the right money immediately (couriers often don't have change)
- read the emails we send you to track the shipment and ensure that the courier finds you at home at the time of delivery
